The ABA Center for Human Rights (CHR) Justice Defenders Program is seeking a contracting organization or individual with videography expertise to produce a series of animated videos on India’s internet shutdown. The videos will coincide with the release of a Justice Defenders report on the impact of internet shutdowns on human rights defenders.
Responsibilities
- Produce 10-15 minutes of animated video content. Each video should include the following:
- A vignette illustrating the negative effects of internet shutdowns
- Voiceover narration and/or dialogue
- English subtitling
- Storyboarding and content development will be done in collaboration with CHR staff
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in animated video production
- Demonstrated experience in content production related to law and policy
