ABA ROLI E&E Division is seeking a consultant/coach, who is knowledgeable about International Jessup Moot Court proceedings or International Law court proceedings, to facilitate 3-5-day training for Moldova Jessup Moot Court Competition participants in Chisinau, Moldova before December 15, 2019.
Consultant/coach will train Jessup Moot Court participants in legal writing, legal reasoning, preparing memorials and oral pleading. The consultant/coach will prepare training materials and PowerPoint slide presentation in English Language. The consultant will closely work with Moldova Jessup National Administrator in Chisinau, who is knowledgeable about the program and team members.
Responsibilities:
· Prepare training materials such as handout, PowerPoint presentation and case law materials for students on legal writing, legal reasoning, how to prepare memorials and oral pleading.
· Work closely with Moldova Jessup National Administrator in Chisinau to determine training sessions.
Qualifications
· JD from an accredited Law School.
· Expert in coaching and teaching law students.
· Experienced with International Law Court Proceedings.
· Ability to travel to Chisinau for a minimum of a week in the first two weeks of December 2019.
