Request for Quotes: Protection of Human Rights Defenders in the Persian Gulf

The American Bar Association Center for Human Rights is seeking to contract an organization to support its work to protect human rights defenders at risk in the Persian Gulf by carrying out the following services: 1) case identification; 2) attending hearings; 3) drafting trial observation reports; 4) providing comprehensive legal analysis of legal documents; 5) submitting petitions to international protection mechanisms; 6) conducting advocacy campaigns.
Organizations are invited to express their interest by submitting a cost estimate for undertaking these activities. The contracting organization should have access to a regional network of human rights defenders. The contracting organization should also be familiar with basic digital and physical security protocols and secure communications platforms.
